Dress Code – Always Elegant

The Arts Club operates an elegant dress code and members and their guests are encouraged to dress up for the occasion.

Local dress is most welcome at the club, but it is not permitted to be worn at any of the bars, late-night lounges or in the nightclub.

Children are welcome at the club during the day at weekends and should be smartly dressed. We kindly ask that nannies and carers accompanying children also observe the club’s dress code.

Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a blazer after 6pm.

NOT PERMITTED

• T-shirts with large brand logos, prints, slogans, or graphic images
• Overly revealing attire, including cut-outs and excessively short hemlines
• Ripped jeans
• Overly tight t-shirts
• Gym shoes
• Men in shorts, cargo trousers or other casual utility-style trousers
• Flip flops, sliders, sports sandals, slippers and other casual open-back footwear
• Sportswear, athleisure or hooded jumpers
• Baseball caps, beanies and any other hats, aside from elegant hats such as a fedora or trilby (which should be removed in the restaurants)
• Backpacks

It is also worth noting that how you carry yourself is part of your dress code. We have a collective responsibility to ensure that the energy within our club remains elevated, respectful and enjoyable at all times.

Those who technically comply with the dress code but still do not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry. This decision will be entirely at the discretion of the front desk team, and we ask that you ensure the dress code is conveyed to any guests you invite to the club.
