Rōhmakase

Calling all Rōhen afficionados! Introducing Rōhmakase, a new off-menu dining experience at Rōhen. Drawing on the traditions of true omakase but from a modern perspective, members will entrust the chefs to present a thoughtfully prepared and unseen menu that combines raw & cooked starters with nigiri, crafted piece by piece in front of their eyes, directly from the raw kitchen to the counter, culminating in a meticulously and delicately balanced Nikkei experience.

Rōhmakase is available Tuesday – Thursday throughout June and is available at the counter only. Seats are limited.

Dinner at 7.30pm – AED 650 inc vat, + 7%

Drinks are not included. Dietary requirements and allergies should be shared well in advance.
