Cocktail Club: Artistic Endeavours

This August we continue to explore The Brasserie’s new cocktail menu, inspired by our permanent collection of art. The signature menu features nine cocktails, each named after a piece of art, offering an immersive experience where guests can savour cocktails inspired by the works adorning the first-floor walls.

Discover “Floral Halter Dress,” a medium-bodied cocktail blending tequila, amaretto and nectarine inspired by Ghanian artist Amoako Boafa. Or why not try “Mainess,” which combines the heady flavours of tequila, spiced banana and mango in homage to the dynamic work of Daniel Richter. Price inclusive of a welcome drink and three cocktails from the new menu.
