Francesca Tanti

Head Pastry Chef

After learning her craft in her native Malta, Francesca began a dazzling culinary career in the English countryside. She worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire, Stoke Place Hotel in Berkshire and Cornwall’s St. Mellion International Resort before joining the three Michelin starred Waterside Inn. From here, Francesca joined The Arts Club Dubai where she is now Head Pastry Chef.
