Authored Live: Jamali Maddix

We are delighted to welcome critically acclaimed comedian Jamali Maddix for this month’s Authored Live performance in VEGA. From his wittily honest stage appearance on Live at the Apollo, to his hilarious guest performance on James Cordan’s Late Late Show, Jamali will hit our stage for his UAE debut for lots of cracking-up and picking-on.
Jamali’s performance will be followed by a fireside chat about his start in the standup comedy circuit, his writing, and what it is like to live the life of a comedian.

An extension to the Authored series, Authored Live brings into focus the practice of writing for stage performance across spoken word, comedy, songwriting and much more. Special guest authors are invited to perform their work on stage followed by an intimate fireside chat about their creative journeys.
